Welcome to the Business Etiquette course. Success in any industry relies on relationships, whether with co-workers, clients, suppliers, or investors. As such, it is important to learn, not just the technical side of a business, but how to conduct one’s self in the company of others.  This is where business etiquette comes in. This course will introduce participants to business etiquette, as well as provide guidelines for the practice of business etiquette across different situations. 

Etiquette covers most aspects of social interactions, including self-presentation, communication, courtesy, and hospitality. Business etiquette covers proper protocol interactions between co-workers, the company, their clients, as well as company investors.  In this course we will focus on basic etiquette guidelines for situations typically found in most business settings.

This is a 4-hour, 12-Module, 10-Lesson course complete with audio with text lessons, complimentary e-textbook, assessments, downloadable PDF worksheets, handouts and  instructor-host introduction, midway and end of course wrap up videos.  Each lesson module has a multi-question quiz to test your learning of the content covered.
